EV VEHICLE CONVERSION – ELECTRIFICATION

Working with New Zealand innovation company Tectrax, EDS created a can-bus controlled, hardware/systems interface with user feedback display
Over a 12 month period, EDS first tackled the vessel control system, then, on completion, shifted focus to developing a bespoke managed Li-Ion Battery for the company
Tectrax now has deployed in the market over 15 EDS systems in recreational vessels in New Zealand , and several vessels in construction globally.

Working with A Dubai film company, EDS created a range of bespoke battery pack solutions with in car wireless monitoring of key battery levels.

Batteries can also be rapidly charged at any down time during breaks or between takes

Packs have prevent film crews having to guess how much battery life is remaining and give the ability to extend filming duration by up to 3 times. Fully charging in 1/8 of the time required before

Working with several suppliers in USA and Germany to delivery the first of its class, EV swap kit for a commercial road vehicle in the UAE.
EDS was asked to develop the full electrical drive train offering from the input side of the vehicles existing gearbox to the charging point on the side, and everything in between
